Complaints and Appeals

If any company complains or appeals SSM Cert’s decision, then the customer who will make an appeal or complaint may submit it directly to SSM Cert. If the problem has not been reached by the customer’s approval of the outcome, SSM Cert will submit the matter to the appeals team which then examines the appeal and complaints submitted in detail and makes recommendations for consideration to make a final decision by the appeals team leader, the final decision Not on behalf of an individual. The decision of the appeals team can not be contested.
